Windward Track & Field is a community-first, performance-driven club. We train hard, compete often, and support each other on and off the track. From newcomers to national qualifiers, you’ll find your lane here.

Sprints

60–400m speed development, blocks, acceleration & max‑V.

Distance

800m–10k aerobic systems, threshold, and race tactics.

Jumps

Long, triple, high — plyometrics, approach work, and form.

Throws

Shot, discus, javelin — technique, mobility, and power.

Hurdles

Rhythm, mobility, and speed between and over barriers.

Relays

Cohesion, exchanges, and race strategy for every leg.
